Your project may have Activities that have hard completion dates. If the continuation of the Project requires the completion of an Activity you can mark that Activity as a Milestone.
To mark an Activity as a Milestone, double click on the Activity’s duration and set it to 0. A diamond will appear on your Lookahead on the set Milestone date.
