Once you have selected a Project from the left hand menu, you can choose to view your Project and its Activities in one of four views: Lookahead, Gantt, Map or Issues View.
Lookaheads
Lookahead View allows you to see a short-interval schedule of your overall Project Schedule. By default you will see a 3-Week Lookahead; however, you can change this view to 6, 9, or 12 Week intervals.
Use your Lookahead to see what Activities take place when and if any other Activities are taking place on the same day.
It is a simpler way to see how Activities might affect other trades. Each Activity is distinguished by its own colored cubes that line up with the calendar dates at the top of the screen.
The colored cubes on your Lookahead are color coded to each Subcontractor, allowing you to see at a glance who is leading an Activity and when.
Gantt View
Gantt view is a way to see your whole project laid out in a visual timeline. You can view all overlapping Activities in one place.
Each Activity is distinguished by its own bar that lines up with the calendar dates at the top of the screen. These bars are color coded to the Subcontractor in charge of each specific Activity.
