Getting Started with Crews by Core

To get started, visit crews.bycore.com and create a login using your email.

Once you have logged in, follow the guided set-up tips and:

 

  1. Create your Project
  2. Make or Import your schedule
  3. Create and Assign Companies to your activities

Create Your Project

You will need to enter basic information about your Project such as:

Once you create your project, you will be put in the lookahead view. You can create new activities in a few different ways:

  1. Click into a white cell and start typing
  2. Click the "+" sign on the navigation bar to create a new activity at the bottom of screen
  3. Right click on an existing activity to create an activity below it

Create and Assign Companies to your activities

Color cubes for companies can be easily created in the companies tab.

  1. Click the companies tab
  2. Click create company
  3. Fill out the company card and mark any abbreviation you'd like
  4. Select a color for the company or we will select one for you
  5. Go to the lookahead or gantt view
  6. Select the checkboxes for an activity
  7. Click the orgs button on the nav bar
  8. Select the appropriate company
  9. Assign
